It's starting to smell more like quarter-life for Nirvana's, "Smells Like Teen Spirit," which turns 25 later this week.

The song is the opening track, and lead single, from the band's second album, Nevermind (1991, DGC Records) and was written by Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Dave Grohl.

The monumental video is considered one of the benchmarks of the grunge movement and propelled Nirvana to stratospheric success.

Tori Amon and many others have done covers in homage to the wicked tune:

We'd be privy to even more excellent covers of Nirvana's excellent tune-age if Courtney Love weren't such a total music tyrant.

So, in the meantime, hit up your local independent record store, get your own original copy of Nevermind, and pour one out for Kurt.

RIP, brother. Too soon.

So for REAL fans of REAL football, here ya' go:

The Seattle Seahawks

"There were 1,700 unique names among the more than 20,000 submitted in a name-the-team contest in 1975, including Skippers, Pioneers, Lumberjacks, and Seagulls. About 150 people suggested Seahawks. A Seattle minor league hockey team and Miami's franchise in the All-America Football Conference both used the nickname in the 1950s. "Our new name suggests aggressiveness, reflects our soaring Northwest heritage, and belongs to no other major league team," Seattle general manager John Thompson said. The Seahawks' helmet design is a stylized head of an osprey, a fish-eating hawk of the Northwest."

Mashable reports that there is a way to charge your new iPhone 7 AND use headphones at the same time: by buying a $39 phone dock to charge your phone on and plug your headphones into THAT.

Contrary to popular belief over on Planet Apple, however, we humans do NOT like to be tethered to the wall in order to listen to music on our ALREADY-OWNED high-end headphones when our battery is low, so we'd prefer a better setup, thanks.

So until further notice, Apple, we are still needing you to make a splitter that will allow headphones AND a charging cable, but at least there is this quick fix to help in the meantime:

Thanks, third party suppliers!

Drake and Future were performing at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix Tuesday night when a thief (or thieves) made off with a suitcase containing $2-$3 Million dollars worth of jewelry. The suitcase has been on one of the tour buses that the thieves had broken into.

Drake freaked out when he heard the news, and security footage is being reviewed to catch a glimpse of the criminals.

Good thing Drake has a hotline set up for just these purposes...
