It's not that surprising but some old prints of Harry Potter books can net you thousands of dollars if you're willing to part with your childhood reading material. Like with many collectors items, the price varies by edition and rarity.

According to the Independent, the most valuable Harry Potter books are first edition hardcovers of "The Philosopher's Stone" from 1997. In these books JK Rowling was credited as 'Joanne Rowling' and there were only 500 copies made, 300 of which became library books.

A find that that could be worth up to $50,000.

Broke rapper 50 Cent doesn't seem to be as bankrupt as he claims to be. After a few incriminating pictures came to light a judge has ordered him back into court to discuss the lack of transparency during bankruptcy filings.

Images like this one are what got him in trouble. The amount of money he is able to pose with have raised concerns that he hasn't been truthful about disclosing the amount of money he has. According to the Wall Street Journal, Judge Ann Nevins said, "There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process."

50 Cent's lawyer claims that all income has been reported and that the social media photos shouldn't be relevant. Still, maybe posting an image that suggests you're hiding thousands on dollars in your fridge wasn't the smartest thing to do while filing for bankruptcy.

Google, a giant of a company built on the shoulders of the search engine at Google.com some how forgot to renew their Google.com domain name.  That's how Sanmay Ved, a former Google employee and current grad student came to own the domain at the price of $12. Of course he only owned it for about a minute before returning it to its previous owners.

Google offered to reward Ved (pictured above) with $6006.13 (Get it? It spells Google!).  When they found out that he intended to give it all to charity they doubled the amount and sent it to Art of Living India where Ved was going to donate his reward.

At 73 years old, Harrison Ford stands to make at least $34 million for reprising the role of Han Solo. Ford was paid $25 million up front, and given a 0.5% share of the movie's earnings, meaning when the film hits $2 billion worldwide (it made over $500 million on its opening weekend), he'll get another $9 million. Meanwhile, Carrie Fisher only got $1.5 million to bring back General Organa.

Even that's a considerable bit more than what the film's two new stars, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega, received; they each only got $450,000 (but do receive a share of the profits once it earns $1 billion globally). If you're keeping track, that means Ford is making 56 times what they are, and 17 times what Carrie Fisher got.

Han Solo is a pretty big deal, but that's still pretty ridiculous. I guess it's a little bit of back-pay for the measly $10,000 he received for the original film.

Nebraska had a disappointing season, ending with a 5-7 record. Husker fans have a lot of feelings about it too. So when Wide Receiver Brandon Reilly went out to eat and encountered a server who wanted to rant about the Huskers, apparently not realizing who was sitting at the table, he decided to leave her that "tip" instead of a monetary one.

Reilly ended up pulling down the tweet after responding to some heated tweets about it.

If you can make it through this post without a pang of jealousy, you get an Internet gold star.

This guy just found the "holy grail of Western Americana," and he only paid $2 for it.

Randy Guijarro of Freemont, California purchased a 4x4 tin photograph from an antique shop back in 2010. Little did he know, he was now in possession of the second confirmed image of bandit Billy the Kid.

The photograph shows Bill the Kid playing croquet with a group of his friends. According to a firm specializing in Western Americana, the image could be worth as much as $5 million.

That's what we call a good buy!
