The world's first "Pokémon Master" was selected from among thousands of candidates applying to Funzing.com earlier this month.

Ivy Lim, a 22 year-old from Singapore, who is a Trainer Level 23, and has caught only 121 characters so far, will be paid $1,000 a month for at least three months to catch Pokémon, train others, hold events like lure parties, teach secrets, and share her experiences.

Maybe she can help me figure out how to evolve my Pidgeys faster?

Google is investing "hundreds of thousands of dollars" in virtual-reality (VR) films and programs they want to put exclusively on their new hybrid store/software service called Daydream, which will debut in a few weeks.

They have quietly recruited web and YouTube stars like the Donal twins, Justine Ezarik, and more, and partnered with video game producers and sports leagues for the biggest VR initiative they've ever invested in.

Your Android will get a push rolled out on Monday to support Daydream, so we will soon get a chance to evaluate it for ourselves. I know i'm pretty psyched to try out being a first-person VR dino-killer in Island 359.

In a WIN for every internet user, everywhere, Google has announced that they are going to rank sites that use pop-ups and interstitials further down the results page. They want to discourage behaviors where the content isn't "easily accessible."

The changes will go into effect next January, so in the meantime, try not to throw your computer out the window because of idiot new policies like Facebook's new one, forcing autoplay videos in its iOS and Android apps.

So, in the meantime, just follow the instructions above to keep your sanity.

So Tinder has revealed the top six sports by gender that were most-swiped in Rio, but they didn't get specific about which athletes may have been the chosen ones. That leaves us left guessing which athletes they might not be mentioning...

For Women's Sports they listed:

Table Tennis, Field Hockey, Rowing, Weightlifting...

...and Rugby and Swimming.

For Men's sports they listed:

Tennis, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Sport Shooting, Judo...

...and Boxing.

Wait, let's take a look at that Judo guy again...

Okay, yeah, we get it.

#Olympics!
