No, your eyes are not deceiving you. That is, in fact, an actual Lego Reebok pump. No word on its actual wearability, but we do have some information about its provenance: it was created by legendary Lego builder Alex "Orion Pax" Jones for Austrian rapper Kamp One.

Although he's not technically a superhero, Joss Whedon might as well be one, and now he's got his own Heroclix miniature to prove it. (Embiggen.)

To promote Morgan Spurlock's Comic-Con documentary Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan's Hope, Whedon, Spurlock, Stan "The Man" Lee, and Ain't It Cool News's Harry Knowles are each being turned into Heroclix figurines with thoroughly appropriate special abilities.

One of Joss's moves is "Neil Patrick Harris." It's hard to imagine how anybody could top that.

The four-figure package is part of a Comic-Con Episode IV DVD set, which is not yet up for pre-order.

A Silicon Valley millionaire has been arrested for swapping barcodes on Lego sets at Target stores to buy them at reduced prices, and then flipping them on eBay at a profit.

Thomas Langenbach, an executive at SAP, was caught by Target security after pulling his scam at two stores in the same day.

"In his house, we found hundreds of boxes of unopened Lego sets," said Liz Wylie, a spokeswoman for the Mountain View police. "He sold 2,100 items in just over a year on eBay, and made $30,000."

Although police believe his motive was money, Langenbach could have picked any product to resell. That investigators also found "many, many sets of Legos that he had built, separated in bricks by color, by type, by size" at his $2 million home suggests he may also have been motivated by obsessive Lego fandom.

With Prometheus bubbling on the cusp of public consciousness, this Alien Pez dispenser is nothing, if not a must-have for people who want to eat candy from the Alien Queen's mouth.

Run for your lives -- or walk as fast as you can while surrounded by thousands of fellow geeks, anyway -- because Robert Kirkman is bringing a Walking Dead-themed obstacle course to this year's San Diego Comic Con.

The zombie obstacle course, called The Walking Dead Escape, will be set up at Petco Park and will feature interactive displays where participants can make decisions that influence whether they're "infected" by the time they make it to the end.

You don't have to play a survivor/potential zombie victim to participate, though. You can also "be a walker who joins the ranks of the undead; or a spectator who watches from the sidelines during an Escape Party."

The Escape will be open from July 12-15, running concurrently with Comic Con.

A Lego skyscraper created by a group of 4,000 kids and assembled in Seoul, South Korea has broken the world record for tallest Lego structure, measuring 105 feet tall.

Kids who won a contest in celebration of Lego's 80th birthday were allowed to help assemble pieces of the 50,000-brick tower, which was completed at an anniversary event on May 13.

Once the final piece was added -- by the Crown Prince of Denmark riding on a cherry picker, no less! -- the structure edged out the previous record by 31 centimeters.

In a direct assault on the bank accounts of geeks everywhere, Disney World's gift shop is getting a build-your-own-droid area.

Right after exiting the recently-revamped Star Tours ride, you can stop into the Tatooine Trader's Droid Factory and assemble a custom combination of droid body, dome and legs in various shapes and colors.

As a nod to blister-pack-obsessed collectors, the finished figures even come in their own packaging.

The Droid Factory debuts on May 18 (during Disney World's next Star Wars Weekend) and will be open at least until June 10. Somehow I suspect it will be popular enough to keep running long after that, though.
