A poster spotted by Kotaku seemingly confirms that this year's Call of Duty release will be a sequel to Treyarch and Activision's Black Ops, which was released in 2010.
The poster's text reads "Return for Debriefing," with the date 5/02/12, which is presumably when the official announcement of Black Ops 2 is scheduled to take place.
As Kotaku points out, Activision all but confirmed Black Ops 2 in February, when it banned a French games site from company events for reporting that a Black Ops sequel would be released later this year.
If this is an official poster -- and it certainly seems to be -- Black Ops 2 is a done deal.
Gaming brahs the world over are no doubt already drafting their emails to professors to get out of class on release day.
