Not even the lion is sleeping tonight in this new Borderlands 2 trailer, what with all the explosions and gunfire.
Good to see the Borderlands sense of humor is well intact. The game drops September 18, surely amidst a million other triple-A titles.
At a PAX East panel over the weekend, Gearbox Software unveiled concept art for a brand-new Borderlands 2 class, the Mechromancer, which will be made available as DLC after the game is released.
The Mechromancer is a female part-human-part-machine character with the ability to control a giant robot called D374-TP (aka Deathtrap).
No price has been set for the DLC, but it will be free to players who preorder the game.
Gearbox also announced that custom costumes, gear and even heads will be available as mission rewards and bonuses for ranking up.
Borderlands 2 is due out September 18.
