First full trailer for Rian Johnson's sci-fi action flick Looper, which stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as an assassin assigned to kill his future self, played by Bruce Willis.
The trailer is wall-to-wall action, but it leaves a few things up in the air, like why JGL's clients want him dead, what happens when a looper's victim escapes, and how time travel will affect Bruce Willis's brain.
Looper, also starring Paul Dano, Noah Segan and Emily Blunt, is due out September 28.
Rian Johnson's time-traveling hitman flick Looper gets in on the trailer-for-the-trailer trend with a teaser video featuring Johnson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
The teaser gives us the first actual footage from Looper, as well the most concise explanation of the movie's premise yet -- "What would you do if you had to hunt down and kill your future self?"
The full-on JGL vs. Bruce Willis trailer is due out on Thursday, and Looper opens September 28th.
