It's been known for some time now that Robot Chicken creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich were working on a comedic Star Wars show for Cartoon Network. Well, here it is.

Mind you, this is for Cartoon Network, not Adult Swim. Sex and potty jokes are a mainstay of the Robot Chicken formula, so we'll see how well they transition to family-friendly.

At least the Star Wars: Detours cast is promising: Joel McHale, Donald Faison, Seth MacFarlane, and Jennifer Hale (FemShep!) are said to be show regulars.

Nerd rapper Richie Branson joins the movement to bring back Cartoon Network's Toonami anime block -- aka #BringToonamiBack -- with a hot track reminiscing about his days catching his favorite 'toons after school.

Whether his rhymes get through to the suits at the network remains to be seen.

If anything, DC's animated series have all been pretty consistent and enjoyable. Super Best Friends Forever has gotten quite a bit of internet love and this extended clip shows why the adventures of Batgirl, Donna Troy, and Supergirl should please fans of all ages.
