Ubisoft has unveiled four minutes of Far Cry 3's co-op mode, and it looks...familiar. Just swap out the lush jungle and crazed militants for abandoned streets and the living dead.

It's not exactly a bad thing, because Left 4 Dead is a fantastic series. A lot of multiplayer should strive to emulate, and exceed Valve's four-player zombie fiesta.

We'll see if Far Cry 3 can rise to the occasion when it launches this November.
