It looks like a policy of day-one DLC, dissatisfaction with the Origin online gaming service, and the controversy over the Mass Effect 3 ending have come back to bite EA a little bit.
The game company soundly thumped the unpopular Bank of America in an online poll to win The Consumerist's annual Golden Poo award for Worst Company in America.
EA is taking this as a wake-up call and planning to address the business practices and customer service issues that generate so much rage amongst gamers.
Just kidding. EA has already issued a statement saying, essentially, "at least we're not as bad as BP, AIG, Philip Morris and Halliburton."
Stay classy!
