See how Master Chief began in a David Fincher-produced Halo 4 trailer. Fincher initially teamed up with CG studio Blur for The Goon and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo's excellent opening, and animation is a better place for having him. Case in point.

Leeeeeeeeeroy Jenkins steps out of World of Warcraft an into a live-action heist film, courtesy of director Director Finn O'Hara and the Canadian Film Centre's Worldwide Short Film Festival.

Sure, they've swapped out Leeroy's famous fried chicken for a hot dog stand, and the Rookery for a bank, but the gist of the facepalm-worthy story is still in place.

Warner Bros. Japan has debuted a new full-length trailer for the live-action adaptation of Nobuhiro Watsuki's '90s manga and anime series Rurouni Kenshin.

Judging by the trailer, the movie follows the first story arc of the series, where Kenshin -- aka the legendary samurai assassin Hitokiri Battousai -- settles down in a quiet village, but is eventually forced to fight the evil Shishio, another assassin with plans to overthrow the Japanese government.

The film is scheduled for an August 25, 2012 release in Japan. Its creators have said they aim to release it internationally, but no plans have been officially announced.

Thousand Pounds Action Company -- the team that brought you Street Fighter IV Ultra Combos IRL and a live-action Naruto fan film -- have now directed their considerable fight choreography skills toward a live-action Street Fighter x Tekken short, in honor of the game's release this week.

In the short, Ryu battles with the "devil gene" that is now lurking inside of him, while Ken battles Kazuya Mishima.

Bonus points for basing the fight scenes on the characters' actual in-game combos. Hadouken!
