Leaked earlier today and now up for real, the trailer for Dredd (or Dredd 3D) looks to reboot the Judge much closer to the 2000 AD source material. Missing Sly Stallone? Don't fret -- new Dredd Karl Urban assures that he's still the Law (albeit a much quieter one). Bonus points for getting to see Cersei Lannister trip balls on space drugs.

Sony Pictures is reviving Archie Comics' classic Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a live-action superhero flick, with Sabrina as a teen hero along the lines of Spider-Man.

While the tone of the movie will reportedly be "edgier" than the animated Sabrina shows and the live-action sitcom starring Melissa Joan Hart, the superhero version of the teen witch will still have a black cat sidekick named Salem.

Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari (Die in a Gunfight) are scripting the reboot, and Mark Waters (Mean Girls) may direct.

The trailer for director Len Wiseman's remake of Paul Verhoeven's Total Recall premieres this Sunday, but some new footage from the film has already hit the web in a brief trailer-for-the-trailer.

The new preview gives us a good look at flying cars, lots of explosions, armored troops and Kate Beckinsale, so there's not much more you can ask for from a preview -- except maybe some dialogue.

Total Recall, starring Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Bryan Cranston and Jessica Biel, is due in theaters August 3rd.

The third annual National Day of Unplugging, which asks Internet users to take a break from smartphones, email, Twitter and other digital distractions, is scheduled to run from sundown on Friday, March 23rd to sundown on Saturday, March 24th.

The event, which encourages participants to "Connect with loved ones. Nurture your health. Get outside. Find silence. Avoid commerce. Give back. Eat Together," was started by Jewish group Reboot, and it's based on the tradition of the weekly Sabbath.

So far, 1,200 people have indicated they'll participate in the Day of Unplugging by signing a causes.org petition.

"Technology overuse takes an immeasurable toll on our ability to give time to the things that are most important in our lives," said Tanya Schevitz, Reboot's communications manager. "We can then use that time to be present and engaged in the moments that are happening around us and build meaningful, in-person connections."

What do you think? Do we all need a day without technology?

Horror movie franchise Leprechaun is getting a "modern-day" reboot, courtesy of Lionsgate and WWE Studios (yes, the Wrestlemania people). The six-movie saga began in 1993, and its latest installment was 2003's direct-to-video Back 2 Tha Hood.

The reboot is slated for a 2013 release, but no director or star has been announced. Warwick Davis played the title role in every previous Leprechaun film.

WWE has cast its wrestlers in films before, and ring personality Brodus "The Funkasaurus" Clay is set to star in the studio's upcoming No One Lives. That's no guarantee that we'll see a wrestler taking on the new Leprechaun, but its not out of a question.

Last week, MGM's RoboCop reboot found its RoboCop in The Killing's Joel Kinnaman, and now it finally has a release date. MGM and Sony are aiming to bring the reboot to theaters on August 9, 2013.

There are currently no other movies in that late-summer slot, which Sony has devoted to genre action movies -- including The Other Guys and this year's Total Recall reboot -- over the past few years.

RoboCop will be directed by Jose Padilha (Elite Squad) and written by Nick Schenk (Gran Torino).
