Run for your lives -- or walk as fast as you can while surrounded by thousands of fellow geeks, anyway -- because Robert Kirkman is bringing a Walking Dead-themed obstacle course to this year's San Diego Comic Con.

The zombie obstacle course, called The Walking Dead Escape, will be set up at Petco Park and will feature interactive displays where participants can make decisions that influence whether they're "infected" by the time they make it to the end.

You don't have to play a survivor/potential zombie victim to participate, though. You can also "be a walker who joins the ranks of the undead; or a spectator who watches from the sidelines during an Escape Party."

The Escape will be open from July 12-15, running concurrently with Comic Con.
