The last time the Caped Crusader fought Marvel at the box office, it was for Tony Stark's first solo outing. A lot has changed since then, and Spider-Man isn't pulling any punches. Can't they just be friends?

The latest TV spot for The Dark Knight Rises highlights some of Batman's new gadgets, provided by Wayne Enterprises CEO Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman).
Screw the safety of Gotham's citizens -- what really convinces Batman to end his retirement is a chance to pilot The Bat.
The Dark Knight Rises opens July 20.

The Dark Knight Rises publicity push continues with four large new banners showing a Gotham City ravaged by the battle between Batman and Bane.
Judging by these images, we're in for a pretty epic fight scene when the police meet Bane's followers on the Gotham streets. We've got the two sides rallying their respective armies, the beginning of the battle, and Catwoman piloting a Batpod with guns blazing.
Unfortunately, it's still another couple of months before TDKR's July 20 release date.

Warner Bros. has released two new trailers for Chris Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises, including some footage of Batman's return to action after a long hiatus and some new banter between Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle.
Spoiler: she nicks his car from the swanky party we saw in previous trailers.
The Dark Knight Rises opens everywhere July 30.

Following hot (sorry) on the heels of yesterday's fiery new poster for The Dark Knight Rises, Warner Bros. has released a set of new character posters for the film, featuring Batman, Catwoman and Bane.
The film is due out July 20.

With the premiere of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises drawing closer, Warner Bros. has released a new poster for the film. This one actually features Batman (unlike the previous poster) and includes the tagline "A fire will rise."
Oh, and the crumbling Gotham cityscape from the previous poster is now also on fire. That doesn't exactly spoil anything, though, considering that we already know Bane will wreak plenty of havoc on the city before he's through.
A fire will rise July 20.
