Supporting my theory that Greta Van Susteren ruins everything, Louis C.K. recently revealed that the Fox News commentator was pretty much the reason he pulled out of hosting the Radio & Television Congressional Correspondents Dinner.
"I wasn't going to stand there and defend something I didn't really feel like doing anyway," he told TheWrap. "I wasn't that excited about it, I didn't want to cause them problems, I didn't think it was what they invited when they hired me. And I didn't think about it much."
In an early March blog post, Van Susteren called C.K. a "pig," and suggested the media join her in a boycott of the 68th annual Congressional Correspondents Dinner.
"It was like one morning I woke up, I heard there was static," said C.K. "I'm in production, so I have no reason to be in conflict with anybody right now."
