The people attending this show probably didn't ask to have a stranger's remains dumped on them but you have to admit, it's pretty metal. Metal band Behemoth (seen in the video) scattered the ashes of a fan named Nick in to the mosh pit at their concert. A few days later, a band called Dying Fetus did the same during one of Nick's favorite songs. The fan who posted this video explained a little more about why this came to be in the video description:
I take nick's ashes with me every show that i go to so that he is there with me and at shows that he's missing out on. i love you nick. thank you so much Adam Nergal for doing this i couldn't have been happier. i appreciate this more then you know.
Betty White has teamed up with Passwordday.org to remind everyone that she's still sexually active (and also to make sure you have good habits when it comes to safekeeping your digital information). You can also watch the second video they made here:
Artist Illma Gore made a nude picture of Donald Trump to poke fun at the his campaign. She illustrated him with a tiny penis, befitting the size of his hands which were frequently the subject of political debates. Then it became this tattoo, which one tattoo artist even offered for free to anyone who was willing to get it. (We've spared you the horror by censoring it with a beautiful unicorn).
Gore says that she was found by a Trump supporter and punched in the face for this popular work of art. Along with the picture of her black eye, she added this caption to her Instagram post:
Today I was punched in the face by a man who got out of his car and yelled, "Trump 2016!" in Los Angeles, just days after I returned home from London just down the road from my house. Though I encourage passion, opinion and emotion, especially though art, I think violence is disgusting. To live in a place where Facebook has given my address to an anonymous third party makes me feel like I am homeless again. This type of violence makes creatives feel like we live in a world where our individual creative input isn't safe. I am sad that this is the state of our America right now. I am sad that Trump, and many of his supporters, don't find words enough to express their opinions - they need walls, waterboarding and punches. @realdonaldtrump Please stop glamorizing and perpetuating violence. Make America Decent Again! #makeamericadecentagain No, they have not been caught, and the men drove off laughing. A detailed police report has been filed.
For the first time ever in Indiana, you can return your new baby to the proper authorities like a video rental (remember those?). America has "safe haven" laws which makes it legal for people to surrender unwanted children, as long as the baby is unharmed and given to the proper authorities or a hospital.
These climate controlled boxes are meant to allow people to drop off their kid anonymously, knowing that it will be taken care of by emergency services who will arrive within minutes of an automatic alarm.
It's a controversial issue, with some people questioning how safe it would be to leave a baby in a drop box for several minutes alone. Other people are just glad that babies who might otherwise have been left where they wouldn't get help will be able to have a safe spot to wait for a pickup by a medical professional.
