In this world right now there exists a lamb that desperately, fiercely, wants, needs to be a dog. Meet Little Dorrit.

Despite all manners of determined attempts Little Dorrit has failed to surmount the most crucial hurdle— convincing the farmyard cat on the whole matter.

Here she is responding to her owner's call like a loyal dog:

Sometimes she'll hit up her fellow canine homies to play around for a bit:

When duty comes calling and her dogs need backup, she's there in a jiffy.

And she never passes on the opportunity for after hours drinks with her comrades:

Sadly though, Simon the cat sees this all as mere silly business.

Plain and simple, Kuli the one-eyed rescue cat is living the life out in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Kuli out for a nice paddle:

Kuli bides his time swimming across Hawaii's warm bright blue waters with his human surfer friends.

Kuli just trying to kick it for a cool minute:

A photo posted by @kulithesurfingcat on

Kuli's owners, Alexandra Gomez and Krista Littleton, tell the Daily Mail that Kuli's been a surfing beach bum for almost a year now. Gomez and Littleton adopted Kuli when he was just 3-months-old and weighed a pretty pound.

Shortly after Kuli's adoption, he had to undergo surgery to remove an infected eye. Gomez and Littleton credit Kuli's clear comfortability with the water as result of his recovery process, which involved frequent bathing.

Last November this cat set the internet ablaze after being spotted on a supermarket shelf in South London, with an unparalleled pokerface.

Well, this cat's back. Yes, the exact same one, in the exact same store.

Here's the photo from last November, in which he's wearing the same don't-fu*k-wit-me expression.

It's time for Sainsbury to face the cold, hard, and definitely furry truth; this cat ain't going anywhere.

Ted got a lovely advent calendar from his grandma for Christmas but no one was home to pick it up. Unfortunately, when your Christmas cheer is held at the post office you need to bring some identification with you to retrieve it. This is a problem because Ted is a cat so, because the mail was addressed to Ted, his owner couldn't pick it up.

Although the post office was standoffish over the phone, the workers in person listened to reason.

Ted got his calendar filled with treats and the whole post office got something to laugh about.

Crazy Story of The Day: This Man's Parents Buried The Family Cat Only to Have it Reappear 30 Minutes Later

Pet Cemetery is real.

Eric Schmidt posted the most fascinating story to Twitter this week, in which his family mourns the loss of their cat and its reappearance all in the same day.

Kitty, a 7-year-old pastel Calico, was missing from the family home in Indiana overnight and Dad had to tell everyone the bad news.

They found Kitty and had to bury her. Or did they really?

That's right, they buried the wrong cat, er um, rabbit.

Kitty is fine. And she's probably off somewhere laughing maniacally at her dumb humans

Sometimes a cat needs to chill harder than it normally chills.

Sleeping all day and running around all night is a tiresome job that takes its toll on a cat. Luckily, there is a company that understands the struggle. Enter Meowijuana, "a Purrveyor of High Grade Organic Catnip developed exclusively for your little friend."

Ok, so there is no actual marijuana found in this premium catnip, even though their tagline is "For Cats Who Need the Weed." Just take look at these products...

You can even get your cat a purrsonalized ID to make things super legit.

Sometimes all it takes to be great is a fantastic idea and a cooperative cat.

Those are the two things definitely on display over at the RuPaw's Drag Race Instagram feed.

The concept is simple — recreate notable outfits from RuPaul's Drag Race on a cat.

The execution is spectacular.

Even Ru herself receives the honor.

The feed itself doesn't give a clue as to what that sweet kitty's name is or who is behind this wonderful thing. It doesn't really matter, because the pictures speak for themselves.

Today is a beautiful day.
