Even after the Greek parliament narrowly passed an €18.5 billion budget cut plan as of yesterday, European finance ministers have decided to postpone the release of €31.5 billion in bailout fund for the troubled Mediterranean nation. The news came as anti-austerity demonstrations quickly spiraled out of control into riots across the country, resulting in the arrests of at least 20 people.
