Jeopardy has had its fair share of strange and interesting contestants this year.

There was the contestant that got Alex Trebek to say "Turd Ferguson", Tom the super sexy contestant and Matt Jackson with his creepy smile.

But none has brought forth the wrath of the Internet like Laura Ashby and her interesting vocal fry.

Really, the Internet kind of hates her...a lot.

But at least she has a sense of humor about it. She's won over $36,802, and is still going strong.

Haterz gonna hate.

Meet Tom Flynn. Tom is a bartender from New York City. He is really bad at Jeopardy.

He is also really, really ridiculously good looking. At least, according to the Internet.

Tom was up against Beth Horn, a nanny from Dallas, and Sean Anderson, a professor from Illinois. But no one cared.

The Internet only cares about Tom.

Just look at that face...

He was unable to answer the Final Jeopardy question, but he had the perfect response.

What am I doing here?

What is Jeopardy?

What can we do to get your number, Tom?

So, there's a new reigning Jeopardy champion that is getting a lot of attention. Just not all of it for his smarts.

Uproxx introduces him as such:

Meet Matt Jackson, a 23-year-old paralegal from Washington, D.C. who is currently crushing the competition in a nine-day winning streak on Jeopardy, and likely not going anywhere anytime soon. In a profile posted to Jeopardy's website this week, Jackson says he was encouraged to try out for the show by his friend Sam Spaulding, who finished second place in the 2010 College Championship, winning $50,000.

But there's way more to it.

People are really drawn to the very creepy smile he uses during the introduction sequence.

It's kind of wonderful.

Look at it!

The Soup thinks it's really funny as well.

And on top of that, his signature celebration move is also a thing of beauty.

Here's Jeopardy's video, letting you know the man behind the smile.

It finally happened.

One brave (or stumped) Jeopardy contestant got Alex Trebek to say "Turd Ferguson" during Sept. 16's final round.

This is one for the ages folks.

Of course, she got the idea from none other than Burt Reynolds and his mastery of comedic timing and poise.

"It's a funny name."

Thursday night’s Jeopardy was just plain sad.

Two of the contestants, Brad & Stephanie, ended the game with negative scores, leaving only 34-year-old Kristin Sausville to play Final Jeopardy.

“This was not one of our greatest days,” said Alex Trebek at the end of Double Jeopardy.

Brad and Stephanie had -$200 and -$6,800 each before they were whisked off stage in shame.

The only thing worse would have been if Kristin wagered it all and ended up in red as well.

Kristin’s husband has also been on the show in the past, and coincidentally, this same thing happened to one of his competitors, according to People Magazine.

The best thing to come out of this? Poor Stephanie’s face.
