The "Powermat Spots" will allow compatible devices to charge wirelessly in designated areas of tables and counters. Starbucks' press release on the rollout indicates that the company will begin expanding wireless charging to "major markets" sometime in 2015.

Starbucks is asking its customers to channel caffeine into creative cup designs, then tweet their masterpieces using the hashtag #WhiteCupContest. The grand prize? Your design sold on a re-usable cup, 25 of the cups, and a $300 Starbucks gift card. Last call for submissions is May 12th.

The mock store, which quietly opened Friday, is nearly identical to a typical Starbucks location, with tumblers for sale and trendy CDs, including "Dumb Jazz Standards," displayed on the counter.

But the similarities end there. Drinks here are served in green and white "Dumb Starbucks coffee" cups, while pastries are pulled from display cases straight from their Vons' packaging.

The menu features "Dumb Iced Coffee," "Dumb Frappuccinos," and a seasonal "Wuppy Duppy Latte."

Update: Dumb Starbucks was found out to be a stunt by Nathan Fielder for the Comedy Central show "Nathan for You".

Like we really needed this clever map to remind us that most of us are never more than 20 miles from a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
