Last we checked on the Batkid, a young boy whose Make a Wish Foundation gave him a day to clean up the streets of San Fran as the Dark Knight, he was in training for his big day (undoubtedly brushing up on his martial arts and polishing some batarangs). As of today, he's saved a damsel in distress, put the Riddler behind bars, and will soon be receiving a key to the city from the mayor himself. Check out more live updates here!

UPDATE: Watch the ABC News coverage of crowds of people cheering on Miles as he comes to the rescue as Batboy!

Make-a-Wish is giving a 5-year-old little boy, Miles, the surprise of a lifetime by turning San Francisco into Gotham for a day and calling on him to save the city. On November 15th, Miles will be...BatKid!

That morning, there will be a breaking news announcement in San Francisco from the police chief saying there is trouble in the city, and he desperately needs BatBoy's help. Miles will then spend the day living the life of a super hero fighting bad guys and solving crime.

After picking up a Batman mask while shopping for toys with his children, Atlanta's father of four kids Blake Wilson has been having a lot of fun as his alter ego BatDad, a concerned parent-slash-superhero who tells his kids what to do in the iconic Batman voice of Christian Bale. In an email interview with BuzzFeed, Wilson admitted that his family were at first annoyed by his attempts at comedy on Vine, but they have since come around to embrace the BatDad character, not to mention millions of people on YouTube who've seen this video in the past week.

Justin Timberlake told a radio station during an interview that not only did he think that Ben Afleck would make a surprisingly good Batman, but that he would love to play not just any villain, but The Riddler.

What do you think of Justin Timberlake as The Riddler?

It's Kurt Cobane, the most angst-riddled character of all time. Proceed with kicking yourself for not thinking of this sooner.
