Christian Bale’s Tips for New Batman Ben Affleck

Like it or not, Ben Affleck is your new Batman.

But before he put on the iconic cape and cowl to film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," his predecessor, Christian Bale, offered him some advice.

His first tip: beware bathroom breaks.

"Be able to take a piss by yourself," he said, according to the NY Daily News. "I found it to be ridiculously unheroic between takes when I said, 'Excuse me, I need to pee, could somebody undo me please?' "

His second tip: that mask is really heavy.

"I took three people 20 minutes with tools in order to take that cowl off (my) head," says Bale.

Bale also recently admitted his initial reaction to Affleck being cast was jealousy.

Last we checked on the Batkid, a young boy whose Make a Wish Foundation gave him a day to clean up the streets of San Fran as the Dark Knight, he was in training for his big day (undoubtedly brushing up on his martial arts and polishing some batarangs). As of today, he's saved a damsel in distress, put the Riddler behind bars, and will soon be receiving a key to the city from the mayor himself. Check out more live updates here!

UPDATE: Watch the ABC News coverage of crowds of people cheering on Miles as he comes to the rescue as Batboy!
