You'll practically feel yourself absorb the knowledge packed in these neat science gifs! Okay... most of them are just cool science tricks but they might inspire you to learn more, right?
After some inspiration from a friend with dyslexia,Victor Widell, decided to make a website that could show what it feels like. This is just a page on his blog which he has programmed to constantly switch the letters of words around as in the GIF above. According to CNN, this is not the only way dyslexia presents itself but seeing words move or letters rotate is very common. If you're having trouble reading the words in the GIF, this is what it says:
A friend who has dyslexia described to me how she experiences reading. She can read, but it takes a lot of concentration, and the letters seem to 'jump around'.
There's a good chance it wasn't him, he's 70% sure it's not, after all. Someone involved in the creation of Deadpool test footage had to have leaked it but it's kind of illegal to do that so we will probably never know for sure. Watch the video below to hear his whole story on it:
Time Magazine named Donald Trump to the short list of their Person of the Year 2015 this week. The photoshoot for the issue was done months ago, but with the article being published and having basically everything on Donald Trump's nomination campaign trending online, the internet only just got the gift of the above GIF.
Beyond the obvious hilarity of watching Trump dodge a bald eagle at his desk, there is the beautiful irony that a hopeful Presidential Nominee was almost attacked by a bald eagle named Uncle Sam.
Others also replied to @Time by using some of Trump's recent rhetoric with the GIF:
Benedict Cumberbatch is officially the king of photobombs.
At the Golden Globes on Sunday, Margaret Cho was introduced as the latest member of the Hollywood Foreign Press. She dressed up like a North Korean reporter for “Movies Wow” magazine and posed for a quick photo with Meryl Streep (taken by Michael Keaton).
But then boom: Cumberbatch!
He pulled the same move on U2 at last year’s Oscars.
After the stunt, things got a bit more serious as Hollywood Foreign Press President Theo Kingma came out on stage and received a standing ovation for this statement on free speech.
“As international journalists we understand the freedom of artistic expression. It is not only an integral part of the American fabric, but a beacon that is reflected across the globe,” he said. “Together we will stand united against anyone that will repress free speech. Anywhere, from North Korea to Paris.”
"The Soup" host and "Community" star Joel McHale is about to take on the trolls!
E! has greenlit his pilot for "Comments Section," which will star Michael Kosta and "focus on deconstructing the often snarky comments on popular websites."
Not sure if this will shame them, or encourage them…
Things are about to get a whole lot nastier down there.
A new Riker meme? Make it so.
To mark the Blu-ray release of the seventh season of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," the Internet has been treated to a new gag reel, thanks to Uproxx.
While watching Captain Picard curse about getting his foot stepped on by Doctor Beverly Crusher is pretty great, this outtake with Jonathan Frakes, as Commander William Riker, is the real winner here.
The real loser here: Tracy.
