With a heavy, saddened heart you might remember Diesel: the police dog who heroically sacrificed life and limb in the raid that amounted to the apprehension of seven terrorists suspected as responsible for the horrific Paris attacks.

The seven-year-old Diesel took heavy fire, and went down after taking several shots from a female suicide bomber, after scouting the apartment to ensure the quarters was secured.

The world hasn't forgotten Diesel's bravery. She's set to be posthumously awarded by the British veterinary charity, the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals; and also to receive the Dickin Medal. This medal's the animal equivalent to the Victoria Cross, which is Britain's 'highest military awarded for valor in the face of the enemy.'

We hope Diesel's resting in peace up above with an endless procession of doggy treats amidst unparalleled belly rubs in between highly enjoyable bouts of fetch. She was a hero, and she won't be forgotten.

The BrandalismProject, is a self-declared anti-advertisement art movement and has claimed responsibility for over 600 fake advertisements recently installed throughout Paris. The driving force behind the group's effort is the beginning of the UN Climate Change Conference.

"Amidst the French state of emergency banning all public gatherings following the terrorist attacks on 13 November in Paris, the 'Brandalism' project has worked with Parisians to insert unauthorized artworks across the city that aim to highlight the links between advertising, consumerism, fossil fuel dependency and climate change," BrandalismProject said in a statement.

The project is a collaboration between 80 artists from 19 different countries and the targets include AirFrance, Dow Chemicals, and Volkswagen, which is getting a lot of attention for perpetrating an environmental fraud.

Charlie Hebdo just sent a huge middle finger to ISIS.

The cover of the controversial magazine, which had its offices attacked and 12 killed by terrorists in January, ran the cover below following the Paris attacks last week.

Terrorist group ISIS claimed responsibility for killing 129 people around Paris in a series of coordinated bombings and shootings that has rocked the world.

The cover of the magazine features a man chugging champagne while it pours out of what appears to be bullet holes.

"They have weapons… F*ck them, we have champagne!" the captions says.

Indeed.

It seems like it would be a daunting task as a parent to explain a tragedy like the recent Paris attacks to your young child.

But this father finds the perfect way to explain to his son why they must stay in Paris and persevere. And he teaches us all something as well.

In an interview with Le Petit Journal, the son laments that his family must move because "bad guys" have guns.

"It's OK, they might have guns but we have flowers," the father calmly explains.

Obviously perplexed, the father explains that the flowers and candles being placed at memorials help everyone remember those lost. And in turn, creates a more peaceful world.

A tweet from a journalist covering the attacks in Paris last week brought some much needed laughter to a time of intense tragedy.

Kay Burley from Sky News sent this tweet out commenting on the sad expression of a dog in Paris.

The Internet was pretty amused at her comments, which were pretty ridiculous in nature. It's a dog, you guys.

So #SadnessInHisEyes was born.

Everyone needed a good laugh this week. Thanks, Kay.

Anonymous has declared war on ISIS.

The global hacktivist collective released a chilling video Saturday where they threaten terrorist organization ISIS (or Daesh) in retribution for horrible attacks carried out last week in Paris.

A series of bombings and armed attacks linked to ISIS killed 129 people.

"Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down," a masked spokesperson says in French.

"You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go. We will launch the biggest operation ever against you."

Anonymous is promising to take down any websites with ISIS propaganda and make their Internet lives hell.

This will be the group's "biggest operation ever"

Ahem… Is this the cat you're looking for?

A large, wild cat - initially thought to be a tiger - has been seen roaming around France near Disneyland Paris, and local city officials are telling people to stay indoors.

It was first spotted in the town of Montevrain near some tennis courts - a very bouncy surface (just saying) - and footprints have been spotted which resemble those of an adolescent tiger, according to a French news site.

Dozens of troops and police officers are on the hunt, and authorities are also using helicopters with thermal imaging to track down the beast.

EuroDisney says it has no big cats in its park, and a nearby wild cat animal park says all animals are accounted for.
