It would've been too good to be true if the Chinese Communist Party's once-in-a-decade leadership transition last week didn't leave any controversies behind on the Internet. The Daily Dot reports that this photoshopped parody of the Chinese leaders (including Xi Jinping, Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao) doing the horse dance was making the rounds on Facebook, Weibo and other microblogging services before getting censored by Sina Weibo censors.

George Lucas has lost it again, creating a new special edition of Star Wars in which he digitally replaced the actors with cats! He must be stopped!

Well, that was the most likely explanation. Turns out it's just a gallery of scenes re-imagined by the Internet.

Close call, people.

Why stop at bringing Tupac back to life via hologram when you can have an all-star (and all-undead) Coachella 2013 lineup?

MJ, Biggie, ODB, James Brown, Mozart and ... Rodney Dangerfield?! Well, at least he's finally getting some respect, even if it's just via a clever photoshop job.
