Daredevils in Magadan, Russia keep themselves entertained with a dangerous pastime, that is, jumping five stories off the rooftop of a building into a heap of snow on the ground.
It looks like Hannah Sabata, the 19-old-girl from Nebraska who was arrested last week on charges of grand theft auto and bank robbery, won't be going home anytime soon. As if stealing a car and robbing a bank weren't bold and reckless enough, it turns out that Sabata had bragged about her felonious heists using a series of handwritten notes in a YouTube video that was uploaded shortly before her arrest later that same day. Sabata currently remains in Nebraska's York County Jail where she awaits trial and the police said the office has a copy of the video and will likely be used as evidence against her.
Danny Sparks, the mayor of northern Kentucky town Olive Hill, was arrested earlier this week on felony charges of selling marijuana to a police informant within 1,000 feet of an elementary school, leading him to resign from the office that he has held for more than a decade.
