Based on one of PlayStation's most beloved franchises, Sly Cooper is a kinetic and comedic heist film that tells the story of Sly Cooper, an orphaned raccoon thief, and the adventures of his childhood friends and partners in crime, Bentley Turtle and Murray Hippo. In the film, Sly learns that he comes from a long line of talented, international thieves, and is catapulted into a global adventure. Sly races to reassemble pieces of an ancient book holding the Cooper clan's family secrets before it can fall into the hands of Clockwerk — an evil metallic owl bent on ending the Cooper family line.
Last year the Ratchet and Clank movie was announced and now this. Can't wait for the inevitable Jak and Daxter movie or ummm... ahem, game.
Cuphead is an upcoming run and gun video game created by Studio MDHR with a unique look that emulates cartoon art from the 1930s. The developers say the game is scheduled to release sometime in 2014 initially for the PC and then potentially to consoles after that.
The visuals and audio were painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional cel animation (hand drawn & hand inked!), watercolor backgrounds and live jazz recordings. Play as Cuphead or Mugman (single or co-op!) as you traverse the islands to find new challengers, rank up, and eventually compete in the grand tournament. You must become acquainted with the boundless variety of weapons, supers and secrets to stand a chance against all 30+ battles.
We are targeting PC first. Once that is complete we will port to other platforms (Mac/Linux) and hopefully consoles (PS4, Xbox One).
WIth the release of Xbox One, you're inevitably going to be needing a few days off from work to bask in all of its wondrous glory. Well, the fine folks at Microsoft has that all figured out for you. They have provided a perfectly detailed note from your "Entertainment Therapy" MD, letting you off the hook from any obligations for a day...or five.
To whom it may concern,
Due to the Zombie Flu your employee will not be able to fulfill the scheduled commitment he/she has with you. Because of the severity of this condition I'm prescribing a heavy dose of Xbox One. He needs to destroy zombies.
After a thorough examination, I've concluded that the all-in-one entertainment system is the only cure for the aforementioned condition.
This treatment may take anywhere from 1-3 days to work and will require years of accumulating achievements thereafter. If the patient is disrupted with work, I will have to double the prescribed amount of Xbox One.
If used effectively, Xbox One can help relieve the patient's entertainment deprivation and will have an increased state of happiness at all times.
