Swiss daredevil Yves Rossy (aka Jetman) recently flew around Mount Fuji with his custom-built jetpack. After a free-fall from a helicopter, Rossy circled the picturesque volcano nine times before coming to a landing via parachute.
A Texas high school student has been suspended for writing the word "YOLO" on the essay portion of an exam, then tweeting a photo of the page to school officials. The high school junior defended his actions by noting that the test would have no impact on his G.P.A and would not be screened by universities. However, the Arlington school district felt it was no laughing matter and have disciplined the student with a four-day on-campus suspension.
It looks like Hannah Sabata, the 19-old-girl from Nebraska who was arrested last week on charges of grand theft auto and bank robbery, won't be going home anytime soon. As if stealing a car and robbing a bank weren't bold and reckless enough, it turns out that Sabata had bragged about her felonious heists using a series of handwritten notes in a YouTube video that was uploaded shortly before her arrest later that same day. Sabata currently remains in Nebraska's York County Jail where she awaits trial and the police said the office has a copy of the video and will likely be used as evidence against her.
