Mary J. Blige has commented on her pulled Burger King ad, and the "Be Without You" singer says the spot was not what she expected.

"I agreed to be a part of a fun and creative campaign that was supposed to feature a dream sequence. Unfortunately, that's not what was happening in that clip," Blige told TMZ. "I understand my fans being upset by what they saw. But, if you're a Mary fan, you have to know I would never allow an unfinished spot like the one you saw go out."

The commercial (above) appeared on the King's YouTube channel yesterday, only to be pulled hours later as fans criticized the clip.

The fast food company said the ad was released "before all of the licensing and final approvals were obtained. We would like to apologize to Mary J. and all of her fans for airing an ad that was not final."

The burger chain says a new version of the spot will be released soon.

Charlie Sheen Commercials of the Day

Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen seems to be recovering nicely from his epic meltdown last year. Or his career does, at any rate.

After landing an FX sitcom called Anger Management, Sheen is now flaunting his out-of-control image in two new commercials.

In an ad for DirectTV, he's a cautionary tale: dump cable for their service or you could wind up meeting Charlie Sheen in a Turkish bath and reenacting scenes from Platoon together. Point taken, although that's probably the least interesting thing Charlie Sheen has ever done in a Turkish bath.

He's also starring in a commercial for Fiat's new 500 Abarth hatchback, which is billed as the "bad boy" of Fiat's car lineup.

Naturally, Sheen drives one through a mansion. He does only have one speed, after all: go.

What do you think of Charlie's career comeback? Winning?
