Kris Humphries won't give Kim Kardashian a divorce until the reality starlet comes clean about their supposed sham of a marriage.

"Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage," a source told The New York Post.

The NBA baller reportedly turned down a hush money offer of $7 million because he wants Kardashian to fess up and stop playing the victim.

The divorce proceedings have been hampered by Humphries, who filed for an annulment based on fraud.

He wants his estranged wife to reveal more about her financial situation because he's convinced she hasn't been forthright about how much money the televised wedding earned the Kardashian clan.

A source close to Kardashian said that she never offered Humphries the $7 million, and "she just wants to move on."

Jennie Garth and Twilight Saga's Peter Facinelli are denying that their recent split was caused by infidelity.

"There are rumors out there which are completely untrue and hurtful to our family," the couple told People. "We just want to make it very clear – there are no third parties involved."

Yesterday, it was reported that Facinelli had a steamy romance with a Canadian woman while filming Breaking Dawn in Vancouver, and that his wife knew about the affair.

The couple announced that they would be ending their marriage earlier this week, and will remain focused on raising their three daughters.

Yesterday news broke that Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli were heading for Splitsville, and today, rumor has it the breakup is due to the Twilight Saga actor's extramarital activities.

"Peter had been seeing another woman for quite some time," a source told Scallywag & Vagabond. "They tried to make it work for the sake of their children and Jennie played housewife for as long as she could but finally had enough."

The insider says he was stepping out with a Canadian woman he met while shooting Breaking Dawn in Vancouver, but they wouldn't comment on whether the two were still in touch.

Jennie Garth and her husband, Twilight Saga actor Peter Facinelli, have announced that they will be divorcing after over a decade of marriage.

"While we have decided to end our marriage," the couple told Us Weekly, "we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children."

Facinelli and Garth first met in 1996, and have three children: Luca, Lola, and Fiona.

"We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together," they said in a join statement. "We ask for privacy and respect during this time."

Garth, known for her role as Kelly Taylor in Beverly Hills, 90210, was previously married to musician Daniel Clark.

Katy Perry's father isn't harboring any ill will toward his soon-to-be ex son-in-law Russell Brand, and even mentioned that he's still in contact with the British comedian.

"There are no hard feelings towards Russell -- I just received a text from him the other day in fact," said Keith Hudson, a Christian minister. "He is a wonderful and smart guy."

While the couple have remained tight-lipped about their split, Hudson said Perry's career got very busy, and she just didn't have enough time to see Brand. "It was just one of those things," he said.

After just over a year of marriage, the Strangely Uplifting host filed for divorce in December, and it will be finalized later this summer.

Hudson added that Perry is doing well, and that she's "healthy and happy now."
