Bobby Brown was arrested today on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The "My Prerogative" singer was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol for talking on his cell phone when officers noticed signs of inebriation.

He was asked to participate in a field sobriety test, and did not perform as instructed. Gossip Cop also reports that he blew a 0.12 during a breathalyzer test.

Brown was arrested and booked at the Van Nuys County Jail. TMZ reports that he was bailed out around 2:30 this afternoon.

In 1996, the former New Edition member was convicted of a DUI in Georgia.

Brown's arrest comes just weeks after his ex-wife Whitney Houston was found dead in her hotel room.

Christopher Chaney, the man who hacked into the email accounts of several celebrities such as Scarlett Johansson, has pled guilty to nine felonies.

The charges include identity theft, wiretapping, and unauthorized access and damage to a protected computer. Prosecutors say he accessed more than 50 accounts belonging to celebrities.

On Friday, he agreed to a plea deal, which also requires him to give authorities his computers, external hard drives, and his cell phone.

Chaney, who used public information about celebrities to guess their passwords, was responsible for leaking the nude photos of Johansson in 2011.

His sentencing will be held in July.

Florida man Christopher Chaney, 35, has agreed to plead guilty to hacking into the email accounts of several celebrities, including Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson.

Although prosecutors wouldn't confirm the number of felony hacking counts Chaney will plead to, they say he accessed more than 50 accounts belonging to entertainment industry figures.

Chaney said he hacked into Johansson's email account to get a nude photo that he planned to trade to one of the star's acquaintances. He later sent the infamous ScarJo nudes to two gossip sites and another hacker, causing an Internet sensation. There's no evidence that he made any profit on the pics.

Chaney's shady hacking technique involved using publicly available info about the celebs to guess the answers to their email security questions, and then setting up a secret forward to send copies of their e-mail to his own account.

Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination trial has resulted in a hung jury, but it looks as if the star's court saga is far from over.

Mark Baute, Sheridan's lawyer (above), told reporters outside the courtroom that they are planning to re-try the case, and that they were only one vote short of a victory.

Team Sheridan could try to reach a settlement with ABC's parent company Disney, but both sides were as deadlocked as the jury when they tried that approach on Friday.

Last week, the judge dismissed Sheridan's battery accusation against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, only leaving her wrongful termination suit on the table. Today, the jury revealed that they could not reach a verdict.

Sheridan alleged that Cherry had struck her during a 2008 rehearsal, and that ABC fired her after she complained.

Comedian Russell Brand has turned himself in to the New Orleans authorities after an arrest warrant was issued for the actor.

Earlier this week, the Strangely Uplifting host snatched a paparazzo's phone in anger and hurled it through the window of a nearby business.

Brand reportedly paid for the damage, but the incident still didn't sit well with Crescent City police.

Behold, his handsome mugshot above.

The Smoking Gun reports that the unusual angle and background of his glamour shot is due to the large warehouse where the parish processes people taken into custody.
