Motherhood apparently hasn't taken much of a toll on Mariah Carey's live show.
The singer returned to the stage for the first time since giving birth to twins ten months ago, performing at NYC's Gotham Hall on Thursday for a crowd of celebrities and contest winners at Caesar's Entertainment's "Escape to Total Rewards" event.
Carey, who's now thirty pounds lighter and serving as a Jenny Craig ambassador, wore a tight black dress and precariously high heels.
She told the crowd that she wanted to bring twins Moroccan and Monroe -- who she calls "dem babies" -- to the show, but "it's time for them to be asleep." She did dedicate "Always Be My Baby" to them, though.
Carey also gave a shout out to husband Nick Cannon, who recently left his radio show due to health problems caused by a "lupus-like" illness, but is reportedly doing fine.
Mimi closed the show by teasing more shows in the future, saying "Maybe I'll be on another stage sometime soon."
