Rumor has it that Lana Del Rey may be in the early stages of a relationship with shock-rocker Marilyn Manson, after the two were spotted heading back to Manson's hotel room in Berlin on Thursday night.
German publication B.Z. says Del Rey, 25, and Manson, 43, had dinner together before the Echo Awards, where Manson was scheduled to perform. They met up after the show at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, where they were photographed taking an elevator to Manson's room.
Del Rey's love life has been the subject of much speculation recently. The Born to Die singer is also rumored to be in a 7-month relationship with Barrie James O'Neil of Scottish rock group Kassidy.
Marilyn Manson has revealed that his latest collab partner is none other than actor Johnny Depp, who played drums and lead guitar on their cover of Carly Simon's "You're So Vain."
Manson and the actor are friends, and back in 2006, the shock rocker even attended a premiere with Depp for his film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. His music was also featured on the soundtrack for Depp's 2001 film From Hell.
Their cover of "You're So Vain" will be a bonus track on Manson's new album Born Villain, which hits shelves on May 1st.

"No Reflection" is a return to form for the shock rocker and his crew, although Manson promised the new album would be inspired by post-punk bands such as Joy Division and Killing Joke.
Tomorrow, Manson will kick off a world tour in Tokyo that ends this summer in Spain.
