On the most recent episode of OWN's The Rosie Show, host Rosie O'Donnell addressed the show's recent cancellation, and subtly spoke to a few rumors that surrounded the network's decision to ax the series.

"It was fair," said O'Donnell. "Listen: Oprah gave me an amazing shot at doing this. She really did. She put me back on TV. She believed in me. I didn't even know if I could do it again."

In the above clip, the talk show veteran speaks about her "top notch staff," and opens up about what she thought went wrong with the show. Like many critics, the host blamed frequent format changes for the low ratings.

"Oprah has treated me with nothing but respect and with dignity from day one," concluded O'Donnell. "It's not a nightmare -- it's a good thing."

The recent decision to cancel Rosie O'Donnell's new OWN talk show, The Rosie Show, reportedly came down from Oprah Winfrey herself.

Despite giving O'Donnell her old studio, director, and stage manager, the OWN head honcho seems to have lost the confidence she once had in the host.

The Rosie Show has been plagued with low ratings, several format changes, and rumors of inner turmoil between the host and her staff.

The Daily Beast recently reported that Winfrey visited the studio before she decided to cancel the show, and staff members described the meeting as "awkward."

The final episode of The Rosie Show will be taped tomorrow, and will air March 30th.
