Most Expensive Car Crash of the Day: At least eight Ferraris, two Mercedes, and a Lamborghini were among 14 cars involved in what is believed to be the most expensive pile-up ever.

Preadolescent Pro-Wrestler of the Day: There comes a time in every professional wrestler's career when he must beat up on a 9-year-old girl. For Canadian Kenny Omega, that time was last week, when he took on up-and-comer Haruka at a Stardom show.

If I didn't know better I'd swear Japan's national motto was "Japan: Yeah, we got t

This Is Important, You Should Know About It of the Day: A public meeting between members of Japan's Nuclear Safety Commission and residents of Fukushima did not quite go as the government officials had hoped, with attendees demanding to know what is being done to protect residents from elevated radiation levels detected outside the government's arbitrary 20km exclusion zone, and Nuclear Safety members responding that Fukushima residents

PROTIP of the Day: Rolling down a window on one side of your car and "fanning" it with the other side is a far more efficient way of cooling down the interior than waiting for the A/C to do its thing.

Then again, who wants to cool down their car when COOKIES. (On second thought, babies.)

Ridiculous Roller Coaster of the Day: Opening this month at the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park near Mount Fuji, the Takabisha roller coaster boasts the world's steepest freefall: A gut-melting 121 degrees capable of inducing g-force levels equivalent to those experienced by fighter pilots.

Saturday Night Live Spinoff of the Day: Japan recently premiered its own edition of the long-running American sketch show Saturday Night Live.

SNL JPN's live format is mostly unfamiliar to a country where most variety shows are heavily edited. The show will air once a month, and feature "the heavy influence of Japanese Konto style slap-stick comedy." My favorite!

Funny Bunny of the Day: Japan is in a tizzy over footage alleging to show an "earless mutant rabbit" born just outside the Fukushima Daiichi "exclusion zone."

Many are apparently concerned that the bunny's deformity is indicative of mutations to come.

Nuclear animals in Japan? There is no scenario in which this ends well.
