The world had a collective freak out last night when Youtube experience a two-hour outage starting at 9pm EST - the longest outage that the streaming site has ever experienced. A veritable gold mine for content creators and consumers alike, netizens began freaking out quite promptly, taking to Twitter and Tumblr with their reactions and memes. The resulting mess makes it very, very evident that we could all probably use an internet detox. And yet here we are.

LEGO has its own official Helicarrier kit but this fan made one is twice as big and uses five times as many pieces according to the Brothers Brick.
The fan who made this scale model used the images from the 2012 Avengers movie as reference to design a large and detailed model that would be easy to transport. It is now on display in a LEGO store in Taipei.
Baby Collier was born this past July prematurely, and so his dad, a professional prop maker named Eric Hart, decided to make him a tiny Halloween costume to help him feel "brave."
"I came up with Iron Man because he's been hooked up to all those machines and wires, and that's similar to what Iron Man went through," he said.
The costume was made out of foam, a red onesie, and some yellow fabric, and - in case anyone was worried - the baby only wore it for a minute, according to the video.
He said that despite not knowing when Collier will be healthy enough to go home, they want to make life as normal as possible for him in the meantime.
"Even though we're in the hospital, we're trying to do everything that a regular family would do and celebrate all the holidays."
