Most of us have had to work terrible customer service jobs at some point just to make ends meet. These jobs are too often underappreciated and can really humble you - whether you like it or not. You've got to deal with awful customers, terrible pay, and doing jobs you really don't want to do.
So here's to you, customer service workers! Just know that we appreciate all you do!
Sweet, could be a stretch here, but the point is that this customer service rep. stepped up in a helpful way, when they encountered a dissatisfied customer, who didn't get that good 'ol watermelon rancher they were looking for. And helpfulness is a whole different kind of sweet. Good on them.
Most of us have or will have to work in some sort of customer service job at some point in our lives. The industry can be great; you meet tons of people, make tips, and eat a whole bunch of delicious free food if you work in a restaurant. Perhaps the biggest downsides are the whole being-poor thing, and the fact that you have to occasionally deal with horrible customers who make you want to punch a brick wall!
Fred Josephson Jr. is a dog lover and the powerhouse behind Josephson Hardwoods. He's the third generation proprietor of the family business, keeping the hardwoods gleaming, the dad jokes flowing, and the weekly dog photos popping on the company's Facebook page. When Fred Jr's son, Dillon, gave his dad a shoutout on Twitter, the dog lovers of social media went wild. We hopped over to Josephson Hardwood Floors on Facebook and pulled together some of our very favorite employees of the week for you to enjoy. This is so cute!
