If you're like me, you hate online ads. If you're also like me, you really don't study enough...

Well, the new Chrome extension V Energy AdNotes aims to help with all of that by replacing any ads on your webpages with study notes you can set up yourself. It takes a second or two to take over an ad, but then you can have whatever text or image you want appear there, like notes for an upcoming test:

They describe the extension like this:

"V AdNotes will help improve your study a bit by turning forgettable ads into memorable study notes.

It puts your study notes where ads usually go, so you're studying no matter what you do on the internet…

[insert porn gif here]

Just input your colour-coded subjects and add as many study notes as you like. You can turn your subjects on and off depending on what you're studying, and preview how each study note will look in the major banner ad sizes.

Now browse all the cat memes and autocorrect fails you like, because you'll be studying, a bit, the whole time."

This might just help me pass Scalable Architecture 101. Get it in the Chrome store here.

Erase some of the hate on the internet with the browser extension Trump2Voldemort. All mention of Trump is replaced with references to Voldemort, the evil antagonist of the Harry Potter series.

Not surprisingly, most of Trump's statments seem to make more sense when attributed to one of Voldemort's many names.

Drunk email can't stop a teacher from giving a great response.

Kids, just don't drink and email. It's as simple as that.

You would surely not be lucky as lucky as Patrick Davidson here. He went out for a night and had more than a few drinks it seemed. Then, he decided the best thing to do was to acknowledge how hungover he would be to his teacher and ask for an extension on a paper.

Antsped shared the (hopefully real) email on Imgur. It is beautiful.

Where it really gets good is Mr. Martin's response, which is thoughtful, funny and kind enough to actually grant poor Mr. Davidson that extension he so deserves.

Now, even though everything looks like it worked out for the best, students should really take heed and not email their teachers while drunk.

Or, actually, you know what? Yeah, go ahead and do it! We'll have more gems like this in our life and most will surely not end half as well.

Good yard, everyone.

We could all use more "Florida Man" with his crazy antics in our lives, and fortunately we have two of them running for president.

Marco Rubio has officially declared his candidacy, and Jeb Bush is expected to officially throw his hat in the ring soon, even though he sort of already let it slip a few weeks ago.

And so the Independent Journal Review took the next logical step and developed a new Chrome extension which replaces any instance of their names with "Florida Man."

For example:

More importantly, it will also randomly swap all references to "Florida Man" with one of the two candidates, creating some amazing headlines like this one:

No that didn't actually happen to Rubio. but it certainly makes reading about the already crowded Republican race much more entertaining.

Once you download and enable the program, head on over to Florida Man's Twitter account for endless fun.

Well done, IJR, well done.
