If you're like me, juggling is something that will always remain a mystery. No matter how hard I try, the balls only go in one direction: down. But that's not the case for everyone. In fact, for some people, juggling is so easy that they decided to combine it with another sport: jogging. Jogging + juggling = joggling. Thus, the weirdest sport (and most inaccessible for uncoordinated people) was born.
With this Bob Marley Snapchat filter, the future of blackface is now! At least that's what some people are saying after seeing the Bob Marley filter in honor of 4/20, that celebrated holiday where people who peaked in high school skip work to smoke weed. It's making a lot of people upset:
But the blackface issue isn't the only problem. Bob Marley isn't really associated with 4/20 in any way. Sure, he's a famous Rastafarian and pot is associated with that religion but people are taking issue with the idea that that's all there is to it.
Arainia Brown and her boyfriend Rolman Sparkman just wanted to get take-out from the delicious breakfast (and sometimes other meals) food chains I-HOP. They ended up coming away with a tasty dinner and an offensive receipt. Their server apparently typed in "BLACK PPL" to describe them and both Brown and Sparkman feel like he could have used a better term to identify the patrons. Rather than cause a stir and bring up the issue to a manager, Brown posted the receipt online which caused it to go viral. The couple have even done an interview explaining why they felt so upset:
To complicate matters, their server was also Black. Partly because of this, responses on the internet have ranged from calling their outrage justified to ridiculous. The general consensus is that it was rude at best. I-HOP has apologized and according to the video, so has the server.
This athletic pup is named Ludivine, and according to her owner, she's prone to escaping and taking long strolls around town. This time she happened to wander into the start line of the Elkmont Half-Marathon in Alabama.
Attendees, including Tim Horvath who ran most of the race with Ludivine, told Runner's World that she ran the whole race from start to finish.
Although she did make a few pit stops that included meeting another dog and sniffing countless yards and streams, she still managed to finish seventh in the race.
Volunteers were so surprised that she ran the whole race they gave her an honorary medal for her seventh place spot.
