Love him or hate him, there's no arguing that Bill Maher can certainly get a rise out of people, particularly when it comes to poking holes in political ideology. Last night, he ended Real Time with the keen observation that Republicans are basically waging a war against common sense, but not before taking some pretty good jabs at folks who probably deserve them.

Republican legislator Rep. Virginia Foxx (NC), cares nothing for your student loans because you don't need to borrow money for higher education. To wit (from Foxx herself): "I have very little tolerance for people who tell me that they graduate with $200,000 of debt or even $80,000 of debt because there's no reason for that. We live in an opportunity society and people are forgetting that."

So if we've learned anything from Republicans this election year, it's [insert controversial statement about birth control here] and they don't want to pay for your education, so get a job and pay for it yourself.
